Job summary

iterate seeks an exceptional technology leader to guide our engineering org as we embark on a major product transformation and international growth. You will own delivery across product squads, a forming platform team, and security, reporting to the CPTO/CPO and partnering with the CEO and board on structure and investment.

You will shape the FY27 roadmap, stand up new teams, and drive a disciplined, high-velocity engineering culture to deliver bold outcomes by November.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering orgs in scale-up or startup environments.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into engineering execution.
• Experience shaping platform and architecture decisions at pace.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow an engineering org of 35-40 across squads, platform, systems and security.
• Own execution of a major initiative including splitting the core product.
• Stand up new teams from scratch and drive international expansion readiness.
