Lever, Inc. in Australia seeks a Project Manager – Strategy & Impact Business Enablement to lead strategic initiatives and business enablement projects. You’ll translate complex business needs into actionable plans with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

You’ll manage the full delivery lifecycle, apply Agile/hybrid methods, strengthen governance and risk management, and drive executive decision-making to deliver measurable organizational impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ to 8 years of overall business experience with 3–4 years leading projects or change initiatives.
• PM/BA related post-secondary education preferred (Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, Digital Media).
• PM certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner preferred.
• Strong planning, execution, monitoring, delivery and close-out across the full project lifecycle.
• Experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, scope definition, stakeholder interviews, discovery workshops, and process mapping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic projects and business enablement initiatives across the full project lifecycle.
• Define objectives, scope, success measures, assumptions, constraints, schedules, governance and delivery plans.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping to establish clear business needs.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and prioritization; provide escalation options to sponsors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, consultants and external partners for aligned delivery and communications.
• Present executive updates, risk assessments and options analyses for decision-making.
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery through backlog management, roadmap planning, sprint planning and reviews.
