You’ll work remotely from home across school hours, speaking with childcare centre directors and educators, using a proven script to match needs with our packages and nurture long-term relationships.

• Deliver scripts naturally while staying flexible to conversations.
• Maintain clear, concise notes in the CRM and follow up diligently.

Responsibilities

• Call childcare centres to start conversations about Ready Kids.
• Run real discovery and name the centre's challenges clearly.
• Walk prospects through packages in plain language.
• Build relationships through disciplined follow-up.
• Record notes in the CRM for smooth handoffs.
• Hand off interested centres to the team when ready.
