Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation (SCHF) is hiring a Digital Marketing Officer in Sydney to drive brand presence and supporter lifecycle initiatives. You’ll run paid strategies, content creation, email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and lead generation efforts to grow our community of supporters.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant field or 2-3 years equivalent experience.
• Tertiary qualifications are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• GA4 desirable; experience with CRM and CMS tools helpful.
• Familiarity with marketing automation software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver paid marketing strategies to drive brand awareness.
• Optimise ad campaigns for ROI and report performance.
• Manage SCHF’s influencer program as a core channel.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives with digital strategies.
• Plan A/B tests and analyse results to improve campaigns.
• Create website/blog content and optimise landing pages for conversions.
• Develop, deploy and test email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
