You will shape our digital storytelling, campaigns and content, using data and insights to drive engagement and trust with diverse audiences and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the digital engagement strategy to strengthen connection, trust and impact.
• Oversee and optimise the digital ecosystem including websites, social media and digital content platforms.
• Create and deliver compelling storytelling, campaigns and content that engage diverse audiences and inspire action.
• Use audience insights, data, analytics and trends to enhance digital performance.
• Provide expert advice on digital innovation, opportunities, risks, governance and best practice.
• Partner across the organisation to support community engagement and advocacy through digital channels.
