Job summary

Paxus Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking a Data Officer for a 40-hour week on a fixed-term contract through to the end of March 2027. The role begins with a two-week in-person training period at the Central Coast Depot, followed by a work-from-home arrangement.

Responsibilities include high-volume data entry, data maintenance and resolving discrepancies. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in data entry or related roles, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in data entry/administration/records management or similar.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong keyboarding and computer skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based programs.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage competing daily priorities and meet productivity targets.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and deadline adherence.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume manual data entry accurately and efficiently.
• Create, update and maintain records relating to network installations.
• Review data to identify errors and discrepancies.
• Investigate and correct data issues per established processes.
• Maintain high accuracy while meeting productivity and quality targets.
• Follow policies, procedures and work instructions.
• Escalate issues to Team Leader when required.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support data accuracy and operations.
• Contribute to process and documentation improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives as required.
