Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume manual data entry accurately and efficiently.
• Create, update and maintain records related to network installations.
• Review data to identify errors, exceptions and discrepancies.
• Investigate and correct data issues following established processes.
• Maintain accuracy while meeting productivity and quality targets.
• Follow established policies, procedures and work instructions.
• Escalate issues to Team Leader when required.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to support data accuracy.
