Job summary

Department Of Climate Change, Energy, The Environment And Water is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Project Manager to lead enterprise cybersecurity initiatives. You will drive end-to-end delivery across DevSecOps, IAM, software supply chain security and risk-reduction programs.

Collaborating with infrastructure, applications and leadership teams, you will scoping, budgeting, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and reporting on key decisions and milestones.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT or technology project management, incl. cybersecurity projects.
• Strong experience delivering enterprise cybersecurity initiatives end-to-end.
• Solid knowledge of IAM concepts: SSO, PAM and RBAC.
• Familiar with CI/CD platforms and security tooling integration.
• Broad cybersecurity domain knowledge across DevSecOps, software supply chain and cloud security.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cybersecurity project delivery from scoping to handover.
• Integrate security tooling into CI/CD pipelines and workflows.
• Manage IAM initiatives including access controls and identity security.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external delivery partners.
• Monitor budgets, risks, milestones and status reporting.
