Job summary

Excite Cyber is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity initiatives and enterprise-wide risk-reduction projects. You will drive security controls across DevSecOps pipelines, software supply chain security, and IAM, working with senior leadership and delivery partners.

You'll manage multi-disciplinary teams, budgets, and third-party vendors, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with governance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT or technology project management, including cybersecurity projects.
• Proven ability delivering enterprise-scale cybersecurity initiatives from initiation to handover.
• Strong working knowledge of IAM (SSO, PAM, RBAC).
• Understanding of CI/CD platforms and pipeline orchestration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for complex cybersecurity initiatives from scoping to operational handover.
• Coordinate integration of security tooling into CI/CD pipelines and software development workflows.
• Manage IAM initiatives including access control programs and identity security.
• Oversee budgets, risks, dependencies and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery.
