Relativity ODA LLC is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own outcomes for a portfolio of RelativityOne subscriptions. You will drive adoption, coordinate with Sales and Adoption Services, and build ROI narratives to guide customers toward measurable value and renewal success.

In this role, you will monitor health and utilization signals, craft AI-assisted communications, and design scalable, value-focused engagements.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or a scaled customer-facing role in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Demonstrated data fluency: ability to interpret adoption signals, utilization trends, and health scores and translate them into prioritized action.
• Strong written communication: able to craft clear, purposeful outreach that starts with AI-powered templates but reflects thoughtful audience adaptation.

• Drive Adoption and Value Realization across a portfolio of RelativityOne subscriptions.
• Monitor adoption signals and health scores, translating data into targeted outreach and interventions.
• Partner with Sales and Adoption Services to design adoption engagements and ROI narratives.
• Deliver customized onboarding and prepare scalable, data-driven sessions for customers.
