• Turn inquiries into confirmed vacations via email, chat, and phone with energy and client focus.
• Explain options, deposits, payments, protection, and port requirements clearly.
• Handle bookings, changes, and special requests with professionalism and care.
• Build post-booking relationships to encourage repeat sailings and referrals.
