Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific Australia is seeking a Clinical Research Monitor (CRA II) to support site monitoring across Australia, with remote work option. You will apply risk-based monitoring, RCA and data verification to ensure trial integrity while collaborating with global teams.

The role requires a life sciences degree or nursing certification, knowledge of ICH-GCPs, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or in teams, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or RN certification.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCPs and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with site monitoring and data integrity.
• Ability to work in remote and on-site settings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor investigator sites using a risk-based approach.
• Review SDR/SDV/CRF data for accuracy.
• Escalate issues to clinical management and ensure resolution.
• Perform monitoring tasks per monitoring plan and assist with investigator payments.
• Maintain documentation and study systems per conventions.
• Collaborate with client companies and project teams.
