Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific Australia is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (Level II) to join our Melbourne team, with remote capabilities. You will monitor sites, ensure data accuracy, and manage essential regulatory documentation across trials.

A Bachelor's degree in life sciences or nursing and 1+ year of monitoring experience are required. You will work with cross-functional teams, support safety and compliance, and travel up to ~60% to investigator sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or nursing and relevant formal qualification.
• Valid driver's license where applicable.
• 1+ years of clinical research monitoring experience or completion of PPD Drug Development Fellowship.

Responsibilities

• Monitor investigator sites with risk-based monitoring and RCA where needed.
• Ensure data accuracy through SDR/SDV review and CRF documentation.
• Escalate deficiencies and maintain regular contact with sites between visits.
• Conduct monitoring tasks per the monitoring plan and participate in investigator payments.
• Collaborate with project team to ensure regulatory compliance and timely study documentation.
