Syneos Health is hiring a CRA II/ SCR A for NSW, VIC and QLD to monitor clinical trials, ensure regulatory and protocol compliance, and support site management from qualification through close-out. You’ll verify consent, data integrity and IP handling while coordinating with study teams.

The role requires up to 75% travel, a bachelor’s degree or RN, and solid knowledge of ICH/GCP standards. You’ll engage with sites remotely and on-site to keep trials on track and compliant.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis

Aufgaben

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities and close-out visits with regulatory, ICH-GCP and GPP compliance
• Verifies informed consent processes and protects subject safety and data integrity
• Conducts Source Document Review and ensures accurate CRF data entry; drives query resolution
• Manages IP inventory, labeling, storage, and release in line with protocol
• Maintains ISF and TMF alignment; ensures archiving per guidelines
• Supports site recruitment, data tracking and project documentation per SOPs
• Communicates with sites to meet timelines and project objectives
• May train junior staff and collaborate with sponsor representatives and local staff
