Qualifications

• Background as a designer, marketing/comms professional, or knowledge-work specialist.
• Ability to spot subtle layout inconsistencies and balance in business deliverables.
• Strong written articulation of design decisions and rationale.
• Care about how work is presented, not just what it says.

Responsibilities

• Compare AI-generated versions of the same deliverable and score them on layout, typography, color, and polish.
• Rework the strongest candidate to reference quality for client-ready materials.
• Provide clear justifications tied to layout evidence (alignment, spacing, margins).
• Apply design judgment to real corporate client materials.
