Mercor is seeking a Corporate Designer for Project Style, an aesthetics project in which experts review AI-generated knowledge-work deliverables (decks, docs, spreadsheets, PDFs) and rework the strongest one until it is genuinely well-made, on content and design.

You will compare AI-generated versions, score them on layout, typography, colour, domain realism and polish, then rework the top candidate to reference quality.

Qualifications

• Background as designer or knowledge-work professional with client materials experience.
• Ability to spot layout inconsistencies and articulate recommendations in writing.
• Experience in corporate design or marcom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Compare AI-generated deliverables across layout, typography, color, and polish.
• Rework the strongest candidate to reference quality.
• Provide written justifications tied to layout evidence.
• Apply design judgment to real corporate client materials.
