Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a US law firm to hire a Business & Commercial Law Paralegal based in Australia for a fully remote role. You will assist with formation, governance, contract management, and complex transactions, coordinating due diligence and closing processes while maintaining corporate records.

The role requires extensive drafting, document preparation, and proficiency with AI tools, with availability during U.S. business hours.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional paralegal experience in a corporate or law firm setting.
• Strong drafting and review skills for contracts and governance documents.
• Experience supporting US business law, corporate matters, and commercial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with business formation, corporate governance, and commercial transactions.
• Prepare formation documents for LLCs, corporations, and partnerships.
• Draft and review operating agreements, bylaws, resolutions and consents.
