Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Technical Analyst based in Australia for a remote contract role focused on Windows Server and IT infrastructure. You will support server builds, migrations, documentation, and project coordination to keep initiatives on track.

You will work with project services and operations, document technical details clearly, and help translate complex issues for stakeholders. Prior experience with data center migrations, storage, networking, and security is a plus; MCSE

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Windows servers.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to document technical information with detail.
• Experience with storage, networking and core infrastructure security a plus.
• Data center migrations experience is an advantage.
• Project coordination experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support IT infrastructure projects including server builds and migrations.
• Perform technical analysis and documentation for mapping and planning.
• Collaborate with project services, operations, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate technical activities and follow-ups across teams.
• Assist with infrastructure migrations and data center activities.
• Maintain clear technical documentation throughout delivery.
• Communicate updates and requirements to technical and non-technical audiences.
