Job summary

WeBuild seeks a Contract Administrator for the Snowy 2.0 project in remote NSW. You will manage project contracts, ensure timely payments, and support governance on rail and civil infrastructure works. This role requires robust contract knowledge and strong communication with multiple stakeholders.

You'll coordinate with FGJV partners and delivery teams, maintaining registers, reporting, and cost analyses while ensuring alignment with client requirements and project targets.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
• White Card (can be obtained on starting).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit interim progress claims and final accounts.
• Manage subcontract payment claims, variations, and contractual claims.
• Handle client/subcontractor/supplier contractual issues and advise teams.
• Maintain contract registers and assist monthly reporting.
• Analyse cost reports and identify variances or trends.
• Oversee target cost estimation processes to ensure value for money.
