Job summary

HTS Constructions Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead remote construction projects across Australia, from planning through demobilisation. The role balances head office duties with on-site leadership, delivering projects on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction PM, strong stakeholder communication, and familiarity with IMS/ISO standards; PMP/PRINCE2 certs are advantageous. Based in Brisbane with national project work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction project management across remote/regional infrastructure
• Experience leading remote/regional delivery projects preferred
• Familiarity with integrated management systems (IMS) and ISO standards

Responsibilities

• Create and present comprehensive project plans, schedules and budgets to stakeholders.
• Develop and review construction methodologies and workpacks with engineers and site teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across site and office to meet project objectives.
• Plan resources, rosters, costs and schedules to meet the project program.
• Oversee mobilisation, execution and demobilisation for remote projects.
• Support onboarding, performance reviews and succession planning
