Job summary

WA Country Health Service is hiring for a role that supports the delivery of remote aged care services by collaborating with communities, remote care workers and multidisciplinary teams to identify and meet client needs in line with KACS requirements.

The position requires willingness to travel to remote Kimberley communities, including overnight stays, and to work effectively in geographically isolated environments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a positive member of a multidisciplinary team while also exercising initiative, sound judgement and the capacity to work independently with limited supervision.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to undertake regular travel, including overnight stays in remote Kimberley communities, and to work effectively in geographically isolated environments.
