HumanAbility is seeking a Communications Coordinator to support planning, drafting and delivery of clear communications about our projects. You’ll manage internal and external channels including our website, newsletters, events and social media, working with the Senior Communications Advisor to ensure concise, accessible communications.

The role requires translating complex information into plain English for diverse audiences and coordinating across teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in communications or journalism.
• Experience in not-for-profit or government sector preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and create content for social, digital and newsletters.
• Translate complex policy/workforce content into plain English.
• Draft communication materials with clarity and consistency.
