You will work closely with respected partners, offering high-level counsel on major disputes, including corporate matters, class actions, regulatory investigations, and ASIC inquiries, while shaping strategy and mentoring junior members.

The Opportunity

There is an opening for a Senior Associate to join the Commercial Litigation team in Brisbane. This is a pivotal role for an experienced practitioner looking to step into a leadership position within a high-performing group.

You will work directly with respected partners and senior practitioners, providing high-level counsel on major, complex litigation matters. The work covers significant corporate disputes, large-scale class actions, representative proceedings, and critical regulatory investigations including complex inquiries led by bodies such as ASIC.

You will be instrumental in driving case strategy, liaising with counsel, managing expert evidence, and guiding clients through sensitive internal enquiries and regulatory responses. This is a role that offers the ideal balance of autonomy, intellectual rigor, and the opportunity to help shape the careers of junior team members.
