Job summary

Verra Mobility Corporation in Melbourne is seeking a Command Centre Technician to support our remote road safety camera network from the South Melbourne Command Centre. The role is five days per week, 7:30am–3:30pm, with occasional on-call weekends.

You will monitor systems, diagnose issues, and coordinate with field technicians to ensure peak performance for government clients. Strong knowledge of IT networks, Microsoft Office, and ITIL certification are preferred; SQL or Python knowledge is an

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a high compliance environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT networks and IT service management tools.
• Familiarity with SQL or Python is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support and troubleshooting for field technicians.
• Remotely monitor systems and triage incidents to maintain operations.
• Coordinate with field teams for maintenance and service requests.
• Deliver timely client communications and daily updates.
• Participate in on-call roster for after-hours support.
