The role is work-from-home and targets business owners, managers and dispatchers, with no technical background required and training provided.

Ideal candidates are confident on the phone, can build rapport quickly, ask insightful questions, and maintain engaging conversations without sounding scripted.

Qualifications

• Very confident speaking on the phone.
• Sounds natural and friendly.
• Can speak comfortably with Australian small-business owners.
• Does not get discouraged by rejection.
• Can follow a script without sounding robotic.
• Asks good questions and listens properly.

Responsibilities

• Calling Australian towing and roadside assistance businesses.
• Speaking with owners, managers and dispatchers.
• Explaining the product in simple language.
• Asking questions about how they currently manage jobs, drivers and calls.
• Identifying whether the software may be useful to them.
• Inviting suitable businesses to try the platform.
• Following up interested customers.
• Helping trial customers stay engaged with the product.
• Keeping accurate notes in the CRM.
• Passing customer feedback back to our team.
