Alignerr is seeking a Clinical Systems Analyst (AI Training) to apply healthcare IT expertise to evaluate AI outputs in EHRs, hospital systems, and clinical workflows. This remote, hourly contract role offers flexibility to work asynchronously and contribute to AI models that understand real-world clinical environments.

You will review AI-generated recommendations, provide structured feedback, and help align AI outputs with clinical realities.

Qualifications

Experience supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems (EHRs, clinical apps, or hospital infra).
Strong troubleshooting skills and a systematic approach to problem solving.
Able to evaluate content critically and communicate feedback clearly in writing.
Self-directed and reliable with good time management.

Responsibilities

Apply clinical systems knowledge to evaluate AI-generated outputs for healthcare IT workflows.
Review AI responses on EHR configuration, system troubleshooting, and hospital infrastructure.
Identify inaccuracies or gaps in AI-generated clinical content.
Provide structured feedback to help models reason about real-world healthcare environments.
Translate clinical nuances into clear evaluation criteria.
Work independently and asynchronously on your schedule.
