Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist to help train and evaluate AI systems for healthcare environments. You bring real-world nursing knowledge to ensure AI understands clinical workflows, EHR documentation, and patient care processes.

This is a fully remote hourly contract working with Alignerr — a platform partnering with AI research labs. 10–40 hours/week, flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• RN or equivalent clinical background with informatics/health IT experience.
• Hands-on familiarity with major EHR systems (Epic, Cerner).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to review data for quality.
• Clear written communication of complex clinical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated clinical content for accuracy and relevance.
• Assess alignment with real-world nursing workflows and documentation.
• Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe assumptions in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI training data.
• Translate nursing knowledge into actionable AI improvements.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your schedule.
