Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training) to analyze healthcare and EHR data, supporting AI model training across clinical and operational domains. This remote, hourly-contract role offers flexible hours (10–40 per week) and the chance to work with leading AI researchers.

You will interpret data, assess information systems, and provide structured feedback to improve model accuracy and applicability.

Qualifications

• Experienced with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
• Strong analytical skills with a background in data visualization, reporting, or trend analysis
• Comfortable bridging the gap between clinical, technical, and operational perspectives
• Detail-oriented and able to follow structured evaluation guidelines consistently
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote, async environment

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret healthcare and EHR data to identify trends and support AI training across clinical and operational domains
• Evaluate and assess health information systems, data pipelines, and reporting tools for accuracy, quality, and efficiency
• Prepare structured feedback, assessments, and recommendations that help AI models better understand healthcare contexts
• Review AI-generated healthcare content and outputs for clinical accuracy, appropriate terminology, and real-world applicability
• Collaborate asynchronously with a global team of domain experts and AI researchers
