Alignerr is seeking a Clinical BI Manager (AI Training) to lead analytics efforts for healthcare data and guide AI model training. The role is remote and contract-based, with flexible hours across 10–40 per week.

Qualifications

Seasoned BI professional with healthcare analytics experience.
Proven track record building dashboards, reports, and data models.
Experience in regulated healthcare environments and translating data into decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor BI teams in dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decisions.
Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure—data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines for accuracy and performance.
Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to surface trends and support leadership decisions.
Translate multi-source healthcare data into clear, actionable insights.
Evaluate and improve how AI systems interpret clinical and operational data.
Provide expert feedback that influences training of AI models.
