Job summary

ANZPEO is seeking a highly organised Client Services & Project Coordinator to join our team. This fully remote role involves coordinating visa and sponsorship matters, managing client projects from enquiry to completion, and maintaining accurate records using HubSpot.

You will work with international clients across Australia and New Zealand, liaising with immigration lawyers, HR and payroll teams, and building strong client relationships while delivering timely updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, account management, client services or operations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Attention to detail in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for clients and external service providers.
• Build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Manage client enquiries and ongoing communication.
• Provide regular progress updates on timelines and requirements.
• Coordinate visa and sponsorship matters in collaboration with external immigration lawyers.
