Qualifications

• High attention to detail.
• Ability to adopt new systems and processes efficiently.
• Ability to prioritise and organise tasks.
• Strong computer and data management skills.
• Experience in a similar role in financial services (preferred, not mandatory).
• Bachelor degree in related field or working towards this qualification (preferred, not mandatory).
• Determination to succeed, commitment to the business and an eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain client files, enter fact-find data, and update financial planning software.
• Assist with pre- and post-Statement of Advice (SOA) documentation and record-keeping.
• Draft application forms, reports, meeting presentations, and preliminary product comparisons.
• Manage submissions and track progress on applications, underwriting, and medical requirements.
• Basic administration duties including phones, email, diary management, mail, and other ad hoc tasks as required.
• Maintain and update relevant systems and databases.
• Manage client inquiries with sophistication, empathy and professionalism.
• Liaise with providers.
