Job summary

Pathwise Wealth, a boutique financial planning practice in Toowoomba, seeks a Client Services Officer to support advisers and deliver high-standard service to clients.

You will manage client communication, prepare for meetings, implement advice across superannuation, investments, pensions and insurance, and keep client files up to date. Training is provided and a supportive, growing team awaits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in financial planning, client services or adviser support is desirable.
• Willingness to learn, strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients by phone and email.
• Book appointments and prepare client files for meetings.
• Prepare and send client documentation.
• Implement advice across superannuation, investments, pensions and insurance.
• Process rollovers, contributions, withdrawals and investment transactions.
• Liaise with super funds, platforms, insurers and providers.
• Follow up outstanding applications and client information.
• Maintain accurate client records and workflows.
• Support compliance and ongoing client service requirements.
