Responsibilities

• Assist workers and employers with the claim process and relevant documents to enable timely access to services.
• Proactively manage cases to support early sustainable return to work and reasonable costs.
• Ensure assigned work is completed within established timeframes.
• Handle telephone inquiries per EML guidelines and communication policy.
• Collaborate with Injury Management Specialists and other experts to provide accurate information.
• Record and maintain accurate case documentation.
