Job summary

Cyera in Sydney, Australia, is seeking a Channel Account Manager for ANZ to expand and manage its partner network. You will develop strategic plans, recruit and onboard partners, and drive revenue through the channel while coordinating with sales and marketing to meet targets.

You will build strong relationships with partners, enable them with training and resources, monitor performance, and stay aligned with product and market trends to maximize growth in the ANZ region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of channel sales or partner management experience.
• Proven success building and managing channel partner networks in the security/tech sector.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy to drive revenue growth.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners including resellers, distributors, and strategic alliances.
• Build long-term relationships with partners and act as primary contact.
• Enable partners with tools, training, and resources to sell and support Cyera solutions.
• Set and monitor performance metrics; drive improvements to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing on joint campaigns and events to generate pipeline.
• Provide accurate forecasts and regular performance reports to senior management.
• Stay current on Cyera product offerings and data security trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and support.
