Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in change management consulting or related roles.
• Proven ability to design and implement successful change management programs.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively in a remote or distributed team setting.
• Relevant certification (e.g., Prosci) or Master's degree in a related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities
