DataAnnotation is seeking a Clinical Documentation Specialist to evaluate AI outputs for documentation integrity and health information management. You will review AI-generated documentation for accuracy, privacy compliance, and HIPAA considerations, and provide grounded corrections.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience in clinical documentation integrity or health information management.
• Familiarity with clinical validation, query practice, and HIPAA and privacy rules.
• Clear written English: explanations are the training signal.

Aufgaben

• Write prompts that probe documentation integrity: clinical validity, query opportunities, specificity, and present-on-admission and MS-DRG impact.
• Review AI output for documentation that does not support the code, missed queries, and HIPAA and privacy missteps, and rate the reasoning.
• Write the correct answer when the model falls short, grounded in real CDI and health information practice.
