Job summary

DataAnnotation is seeking an Auditor to test AI-assisted audit planning, controls testing, and sampling. You will draft prompts to probe how models plan audits and assess materiality, evidence, and assurance judgments.

You will review AI outputs for mis-set materiality and incomplete evidence, rating reasoning and documenting the corrective procedures with accompanying working papers. Flexible, remote, project-based contractor work is offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on audit experience across external, internal, or controls and SOX work.
• Familiarity with materiality, evidence evaluation, and audit standards.
• Clear written English for explanations and training signals.

Responsibilities

• Draft prompts that test how models handle audit planning, controls testing, sampling, and assurance judgment.
• Review AI output for mis-set materiality, weak evidence, flawed sampling, and missing professional skepticism, and rate the reasoning.
• Write the correct procedure when the model falls short, with the working papers a reviewer would expect.
