Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist to help train AI for healthcare applications. You will bring clinical nursing expertise to evaluate AI-generated content, ensure clinical relevance, and help improve AI understanding of EHR workflows and patient documentation.

This fully remote, hourly contract offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work across multiple AI projects with leading research teams in healthcare technology.

Qualifications

• RN or equivalent clinical background with nursing informatics
• Hands-on experience with EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner
• Familiarity with clinical documentation workflows and informatics concepts
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate quality issues clearly

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content and workflows for accuracy, safety, and real-world applicability
• Apply nursing expertise to assess AI outputs against sound clinical reasoning
• Identify gaps or errors in AI-generated healthcare content and provide actionable feedback
• Translate frontline nursing knowledge into insights improving AI models’ understanding of EHRs and patient documentation
• Work independently on task-based assignments on a flexible schedule
