Job summary

Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre is seeking a CAR-T Data Manager to oversee data collection, storage and reporting for the CAR-T service. The role supports clinical outcome data and volume tracking, partnering with multidisciplinary teams across the Parkville campus.

The position offers part-time ongoing work with flexible home-based arrangements and a pro-rated salary in line with the Victorian Public Sector Enterprise Agreement. Close with Hiring Manager for final terms.

Qualifications

• Experience in data management in healthcare settings
• Familiarity with web-based forms
• Competent with REDCap and Microsoft Office programs (Excel)

Responsibilities

• Maintain internal database using EMR systems and attend departmental meetings
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency for reliable analysis
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records in verbal, written and electronic forms
• Assist with data-related audits, research projects and quality initiatives
• Provide data management support for clinical outcome data and volume tracking; respond to data requests
