Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate/postgraduate qualifications in health information or data analytics.
• Experience with data administration and management principles.
• Familiarity with EMR systems (EPIC) and clinical registries.
• Experience documenting data flows and metadata.
• Proficiency with Office 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain internal database using EMR systems and attend departmental meetings.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records and information.
• Assist with data-related audits, research projects, and quality improvement initiatives.
