Job summary

OCC Apparel is seeking a sales-first professional to grow the Australian business. You’ll generate revenue from day one, hit monthly targets and lead long-term B2B relationships with organisations needing branded apparel and OCC OMM portals or ShopVOX stores.

This fully remote role covers Australia-wide territories; you’ll meet clients on site by appointment at our Gold Coast and Sydney showrooms. You’ll benefit from flexible engagement options, modern systems and back-office support to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales in decorated apparel, promo products, uniforms or screen printing/embroidery.
• Industry relationships you can activate immediately to generate orders in month 1.
• Proven track record of setting and hitting sales targets with numbers ready to share.
• Familiarity with premium blank brands like AS Colour, Earth Positive, Stanley/Stella.
• Experience with offshore made-to-order manufacturing for large programs.
• Experience landing and growing large, repeat accounts.
• Belief in ethical and sustainable apparel and ability to sell its value.
• Self-driven entrepreneurial approach and ability to work autonomously.
• Full Australian work rights and a current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales from day one with defined monthly targets and revenue.
• Win long-term B2B accounts across corporate, hospitality, tourism, education, government, not-for-profit, clubs, events.
• Identify clients who would benefit from OCC OMM client portal or online store and move them to it.
• Explain why premium apparel supports a brand, employees and the planet.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, samples, quotes and closing.
• Build recurring accounts and long-term relationships.
