Mills Recruitment is partnering with an international automotive components business to appoint a dedicated supply chain professional for the Australian market. The role covers end-to-end planning, inventory control, and coordination with 3PL partners, with a focus on keeping orders on time and improving service levels.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years in supply chain, logistics or warehouse operations within the automotive sector, strong forecasting and order management skills, and

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or warehouse operations.
• Experience in demand planning, order management, warehousing and distribution.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset.
• Melbourne-based and automotive parts supply chain knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain regional replenishment plans using forecasts, historical demand and stock levels.
• Monitor stockouts, excess inventory and stock turns; coordinate with Sales, Procurement and suppliers.
• Manage end-to-end order process from confirmation to delivery; resolve delays and returns.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound freight, distribution and carriers; monitor lead times and costs.
• Oversee 3PL warehouse partner across receiving, storage, picking, dispatch and cycles.
• Drive process improvements for safety, compliance and efficiency.
• Provide regular supply chain reporting; act as primary supply chain contact for Sales, Finance, Procurement and external providers.
