Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Law and admitted practitioner status in Australia.
• 3+ years in commercial or corporate law with focus on Australian jurisdiction.
• Strong drafting, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice on commercial and corporate matters, including contract law and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (service, partnership, NDAs, vendor agreements).
• Support business transactions including mergers, acquisitions and restructures.
