Job summary

Axiom is seeking a Commercial Counsel to provide clear, commercial legal advice and to draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts, including SOWs, NDAs, and MSAs. The role supports regulatory and marketing compliance within a flexible, predominantly remote work model.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of transactional experience and hold full Australian working rights with eligibility to practice law in Australia, based in Brisbane or willing to work remotely.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of significant transactional experience, preferably in-house.
• Full Australian working rights and eligible to practice law in Australia.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (SOWs, NDAs, MSAs).
• Ability to provide clear, commercial legal advice to internal stakeholders.
• Flexible work model with predominantly remote work.
