Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation or appointment-setting roles.
• Excellent communication across phone, email, and chat.
• Results-driven with a proactive work ethic.
• Able to start conversations and build relationships quickly.
• Familiar with CRM systems and LinkedIn outreach.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, or LinkedIn messages to make a strong first impression.
• Schedule discovery calls, demos, or consultations for the sales team to take over.
• Build trust by understanding prospect needs and initiating long-term relationships.
• Maintain and update outreach activities and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition from conversation to closing.
