Plenty Training (RTO 32371) seeks an experienced TAE Trainer and Assessor aiming to move into an Assistant Academic Manager role with a view to Academic Manager within 6–18 months. The role is remote and involves learning the academic management duties while continuing training and assessing TAE qualifications.

You will work with aXcelerate LMS, Adobe Connect, and collaborate with operations to support student success and compliance. Strong communication and three-plus years in TAE are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experienced TAE trainer and assessor with up-to-date qualifications.
• Ambitious and ready to take the next step in your career.
• At least three years of TAE training and assessment in an RTO.
• The ability to work remotely from home with your own setup.
• High-level interpersonal and communication skills for student support and complaints.

Aufgaben

• Training and assessing TAE40122 and TAE50122 qualifications, RPL, workshops and non-accredited training delivery.
• Overseeing academic online platforms and LMS (aXcelerate) and supporting instructional design tasks.
• Assist with management of academic online platforms and learning plans, scheduling and assessments.
• Provide learner support, orientations, appeals handling, and quality assurance tasks.
• Help with development and maintenance of resources, compliance checks, and AVETMISS reporting.
