Job summary

Hudson Global Resources (Aust) – Canberra ACT is partnering with a Federal Government department to recruit an experienced APS6 Communications & Engagement Officer to support a nationally significant energy efficiency program. The role covers communications, digital content and stakeholder engagement across multiple channels with flexible/remote working.

Qualifications

• Strong background in communications, digital content or stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging communications across websites, social media, articles and digital channels.
• Manage and publish website content, ensuring information is accurate, accessible and user-friendly.
• Coordinate content calendars and identify opportunities to improve digital engagement, including YouTube.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities and communications projects across the program.
• Contribute to user experience improvements for an online energy efficiency calculator.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality communications.
• Manage competing priorities and respond to emerging requests.
