Job summary

Fitness First is hiring a remote Appointment Generator in Australia. The role focuses on outreach to new clients, setting up discovery calls, demos, and consultations for the sales team.

You’ll build relationships with prospects, track activities in CRM, and collaborate with the sales team to drive growth—all while enjoying a flexible, fully remote setup across Australia. Ideal candidates are extroverted, results-driven, with excellent communication skills and at least one year in sales/lead

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation or appointment setting.
• Strong communication skills across phone, email and chat.
• Results-driven with a proactive work ethic and goal orientation.
• Able to start conversations quickly and build relationships with prospects.
• Familiar with CRM systems, LinkedIn, email tools; training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails or LinkedIn messages.
• Set up discovery calls, demos or consultations for the sales team.
• Build trust and understand client needs to initiate long-term relationships.
• Maintain and update outreach activities and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from first contact to close.
