Job summary

Orica Limited in Australia is seeking a self-motivated Appointment Generator to join a fully remote team and help grow our client base by setting up discovery calls and meetings for the sales group.

As the first point of contact, you’ll reach out via calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages, build relationships, and hand opportunities to the sales team while maintaining CRM records and collaborating across the team.

Qualifications

• At least a year of experience in a sales, lead generation, or appointment-setting role.
• Excellent communication via phone, email, or chat.
• Results-driven with a strong work ethic and goal orientation.
• Able to work independently in a 100% remote role.
• Must be based in Australia and legally able to work here.
• Familiarity with CRM, LinkedIn, and email tools.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, or LinkedIn messages to initiate conversations.
• Set up discovery calls, demos, or consultations for the sales team to take over.
• Build relationships and understand client needs to create long-term opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and track outreach and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs from initial contact to closing.
