Worldwide Clinical Trials is hiring a Clinical Trial Manager for APAC, remotely based in Australia. You will lead site management and monitoring across multiple studies from initiation through close-out, coordinating with project teams and sponsors to ensure quality and timelines.

The role requires 3+ years as CRA or 5+ years with a two-year degree, strong leadership, GCP/ICH knowledge, and proficiency with EDC/CTMS/eCRF/IxRS. English fluency is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences or related field; clinical research experience preferred.
• Minimum three years as a Senior CRA or five years with a two-year degree; at least six months as a Trial Manager/Lead CRA.
• Strong leadership to guide remote clinical teams across studies.
• Deep knowledge of clinical research processes, GCP, ICH guidelines, FDA/EU regs, and local requirements.
• Experience developing monitoring strategies, site performance, and deliverables.
• Proficiency with MS Office and clinical systems (EDC/CTMS/eCRF/IvRS/IxRS).
• Excellent planning, organizational, presentation, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site management and monitoring across studies from initiation to close-out.
• Partner with Project Management to set monitoring strategies and targets.
• Provide leadership and clinical guidance to CRAs and site teams.
• Act as primary site management representative to sponsors, investigators, and audits.
• Oversee monitoring quality, site performance, protocol compliance, and deliverables.
• Drive patient recruitment and monitor enrollment performance.
• Review study metrics to improve data quality and operations.
• Identify and mitigate study risks and site issues.
• Ensure Trial Master File readiness and regulatory compliance.
